Excellent customer service and they did a great job on my root touch up and highlights.
The ladies that helped me were super helpful, thoughtful and professional.
They walked me through what was possible, so they could also manage expectations which is important so both sides will have the same conclusion on the outcome. Misunderstandings happen because people have a different expectation than reality. Communication is key and Kim did a great job at that with me. She also gave me a decent price so overall a good deal.

I had great service ! I never let anyone cut my hair but when I came here I felt a sense of safety and professionalism . My hair is better than the picture I showed . I always love coming here and I will be a forever customer .!

This was my first time going to this salon and it will not be my last – this is my first haircut in over a year! I got my hair cut by Ben and the man is magic with his scissors. I showed him maybe 2 inspo pics and he nailed it! I was literally in and out in 20 minutes, which also included styling. I highly recommend getting your hair cut here.

I also went home and did a little extra styling and I am obsessed! My hair was super flat and Ben added a lot of volume to it. It was the perfect change I needed for the spring time! Thank you Ben!!

I love Ben and the other ladies here! They’re very accommodating and always consider my time. I often come into the salon, not 100% knowing what I want and would ask Ben for his recommendations. He’s never disappointed me with his work! The two other ladies are very sweet and usually help Ben with the bleaching/coloring process. They’re also really gentle when washing your hair. From my experience, BEN Beauty Salon is like no other! The stylists really do respect your time and know what they’re doing. I look forward to visiting again!

I always come back to Ben for his expertise in hair and style. He always try his best to listen to his client’s request and to add advice on expectations. I had gone to Ben for multiple of my hair transformation and have not been disappointed. Photos of what you want are suppose to be inspiration to your hair session but you’re not necessarily going to receive that result depending on your hair type and how your hair retains the dye, however, Ben has landed me close or sometimes even exceeded my expectations. Just communicate effectively! Ben and his staff have been very warm/friendly which has led my ongoing business with them for the past 3 years.

I have been coming here for a year now & will never disappoint. I always get my cuts from Ben and usually request wolf cut style with medium layers and bangs. Ben understands the modern trends and styles of Asian hair and works extremely fast and efficiently. Clean atmosphere and very nice customer service. Worth every single dollar each time. I don’t think I could ever leave the salon disappointed.
